Service Description
Kati Basti is a very effective Ayurvedic treatment to aid discomfort and pacify symptoms in the lumbar sacral region It is a pooling treatment where a dough well made from urad gram flour is placed on the lumbar back and warm medicated oil is gradually and methodically pooled, then removed. This warm oil, as well as being lubricating, softens the tissues and increases blood flow easing tension in the sacral region, providing greater flexibility and movement. Cancellation Policy
Booking: -Sessions are 30 minutes and must be booked in advance at a mutually agreed time. Cancellations & Rescheduling: -Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the session being forfeited. Refunds: -Single sessions are non-refundable, however one reschedule is permitted with appropriate notice. Arrival Time: -Please arrive on time to allow your child to settle calmly. Late arrivals may shorten the session duration. Safety & Consent: -A parent or guardian must provide consent and remain nearby during the session. Please inform us of any medical conditions, sensitivities, or allergies prior to the appointment. Wellbeing First: -Sessions are offered in a nurturing, child-led environment. If a child feels uncomfortable or unwilling, the session may be gently adjusted or paused to support their comfort
